What is the distance from the house to the shore?
Distance from home to the sea coast is 100 m (straight line) or 140 m on foot.
Can we take our pet with us?
Pets do not pose any problems, just please let us know when booking your stay.
How are prices formed for your suites?
The prices of our suites are in accordance with recommended pricing by the Tourist Board of Mali Losinj and most travel agencies.
What types of payment do you accept/prefer?
We prefer cash or bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards and checks.
Where do we pick up the keys to the suite – at the owner or the agency?
The keys to the suites are with the owner.
At what time can we get into the suite?
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m.
At what time do we have to leave the suite?
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Are the suites equipped with towels and linen?
The suites are equipped with bed linen and towels.
How often do you change the towels and bed linen?
Towels are changed twice a week, linen is changed once a week.
Is the tourist tax included in the price?
The tourist tax is included in the price.
Do we have to pay extra for electricity and water?
No, electricity and water are included in a price.
If there is any damage in the suite during our stay, who covers the cost of repair?
Any damage in a suite or room shall be paid directly to the owner.
Are the suites equipped with a washing machine?
No. If you need to wash your laundry, tell us and we will arrange it.
If we bring our bikes on holiday, can you provide storage for them?
If you bring bikes, you can lock them and keep them in our yard.
Do you have a barbecue in the backyard and can we use it?
There is a large barbecue (grill) at our guests’ disposal.
If you wish to use it, please tell us a day or two earlier.
Do you have your own parking for guests?
Unfortunately, we do not have private parking spaces. Our guests usually park their vehicles on the street in front of our house and so far we have never had any problems. If the street is crowded, there is a large parking space 150 m away.
Are the suites air-conditioned?
The suites are equipped with air-conditioning, although due to location, favourable climate and high-quality construction, there is practically no need for it.
